BJ DeLong is a career IT consultant with over nine years of management, development and consulting experience in software and technology. He has an extensive background in all phases of business applications development including project management, requirements definition, design and implementation.

Prior to co-founding Spiral Partners, BJ served as a Consulting Services Manager for several midsize consulting firms, leveraging both his business background and his prior experience as a project manager, analyst and programmer. He holds B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Operations/Strategic Management from Boston College.

Paul Roberts has been designing, developing and implementing innovative business systems solutions for major corporations for over two decades. In his various roles as project manager, engagement manager, consulting manager and Knowledge Management practice director, Paul has lead major engagements, created strategic partnerships and developed new business opportunities for large and midsize consulting firms for the past seven years.

As a co-founder of Spiral Partners, he provides a broad background in management of technologies and people, a "business common sense" approach to integrated business and IT solutions, and a reputation for integrity in dealing with his clients and their needs.

John Winquist has effectively led business and technical teams for 15 years. Prior to co-founding Spiral Partners, John worked for both Big Five and midsize consulting firms, serving as Consulting Services Manager responsible for the management of major engagements. He has also served as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Quality Analyst. John's background also includes significant Operations Management experience in the Financial Services industry.

Highly regarded by his clients for his commitment to their goals, his professionalism and his attention to quality, John holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and an MS in Management Systems Analysis from Kean University.
